Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Morrowpeak collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Morrowpeak is a marketing service for auto repair shops. Questions? Email xavier@morrowpeak.com.
Information you give us
When you sign up, email us or fill out our tone guide, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, shop name, shop address or Google listing link, and your notes about how you talk to customers.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares the details we need to manage your plan, such as your name, email, billing address and the last four digits of your card. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers how it handles your payment details.
Your Google Business Profile
When you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, we can see and manage your profile, including your reviews, photos, hours and business details. We use that access only to provide the services you’ve paid for. You can remove our access at any time from your profile settings.
Information from our website
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you to other websites. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Public business information
To find shops that might benefit from our services, we look at publicly available business information, such as Google listings, reviews and business contact details. If we emailed you and you’d rather not hear from us, reply “no thanks” and we’ll stop.
How we use information
- To provide, bill for and support the services you signed up for
- To reply to reviews and update your Google Business Profile on your behalf
- To send your monthly report and service emails
- To answer your questions
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Morrowpeak, such as Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, our email provider, and software tools that help us draft, schedule and manage review replies, including AI writing tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you’re a customer and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we’ll delete what we aren’t required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing xavier@morrowpeak.com. You can remove our manager access to your Google Business Profile at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as limited account access and trusted service providers. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. If the changes are significant, we’ll email current customers.
