Refund policy

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time. We don’t give refunds for partial months. Your service stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then stops, and you won’t be billed again.

Yearly plans

Yearly plans cost ten months’ price for twelve months of service. If you cancel early, your service stays active until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and the remaining months aren’t refunded. If you’re unsure, start with monthly billing.

The Complete plan

Complete is billed every month, not once. If you sign up for Complete to get a website, you’ll be billed $399 again at the start of each month until you cancel.

The website is yours to keep once you’ve paid for 3 months. If you cancel before that, you can keep it by paying the $500 Website Build price. If you only need a website, the one-time Website Build ($500) costs less.

One-time services

For the AI Search Fix and the Website Build, you get a full refund if you cancel before we start work. Once work has started, these services aren’t refundable.

Billing mistakes

If you think we charged you by mistake, email us and we’ll look into it right away. If the mistake was ours, we’ll refund it in full.
