Questions about Review Replies
Will the replies sound like a robot wrote them?
No. Every reply refers to what the customer actually said, and follows the tone guide you fill out when you sign up. If you ever want a reply changed, tell us and we’ll update it.
How do you handle a bad review?
Reviews of three stars or less come to you first by email with a drafted reply. You can approve it, edit it or tell us to hold off. Nothing negative gets posted without your okay.
Do you reply on Yelp or Facebook too?
Not yet. We focus on Google, where most drivers read reviews before choosing a shop.
Can you get us more reviews?
Yes. We give you a review link and a printable counter card so it’s easy for happy customers to leave one after pickup.
